Guillaume Keirle DipPFS - Director & Adviser at Avenir

Having been in the industry since 2005, working closely with mortgage and financial advisers, I felt the time was right to start my own practice.  The foundation to good quality mortgage and financial advice is an individuals ability to be in the best position when things unfortuantely go wrong.  That is why I chose to name the business Avenir.  Avenir means 2 things, to happen and the future. The future can mean commiting to a mortgage, growing your family or starting your own business.  

To make the future happen, we all need help and that is what I believe we can offer. 


David Townsend CeMap - Director & Adviser at Avenir 

David has 26 years experience working in the financial services sector.  In 2009, he set up Omnis Financial Solutions which became a trading style of Avenir in 2015 when he became a director.

Prior to 2009 he was an Associate at Savills Private Finance where he spent 5 years as a residential mortgage broker. During his time at Savills he was predominantly arranging residential and buy to let mortgages and protection for high net worth clients. He has also been heavily involved with commercial funding and a wide variety of often complicated and unusual finance generation requirements.  Prior to Savills, David was a Private Banking Manager at Natwest where he managed a portfolio of the banks high net worth clients. David has also worked for AXA and the Bank of Ireland Group dealing with mortgages, protection, pensions and investments along the way. 


Helen Townsend - Office Manager, Bristol


Helen has previously worked as a Group Life Insurance Administrator at Canada Life and Royal and Sun Alliance.  Previous to that she held Administration roles at Rolls Royce and a firm of Bristol Solicitors.

Helen left her Administration role to  work in the childcare profession for a number of years as this afforded her the time to raise her two children.  As the children are now older, Helen has  joined Avenir to support the broker team on the Administration side of the business and assist with both back office and client work.

Sara Keirle - Office Manager, Winscombe


Sara has previously worked as a primary school teacher and whilst completing her degree, had a role at Clerical Medical in the pension transfer department as an administrator.

Before joining Avenir, Sara had her two children and now they are both at school, has taken on a role to help in the Winscombe office with the administration side of the business.

Outside of work, Sara enjoys running and is involved with the local school PTFA and the organisation of the villages Michaelmas Fair.
